Winning Colors® Trainer Certification

One hour

Trainee can identify the personal communication strengths and weaknesses of self and others using the Winning Colors® Positive Whole Person Profiling Process in a workshop under a credited trainer of the Winning Colors® Process. Trainee is qualified to present the first hour of Winning Colors® training involving the sorting of the cards. A master Winning Colors® trainer must sign the certificate.

Two

Eight hours

Trainee can successfully demonstrate both an understanding of the Winning Colors® Process and competence in identifying the personal communication strengths and weaknesses of self and others using the Winning Colors® Positive Whole Person Profiling Process. Trainee is qualified as an independent contractor to present four hours of Winning Colors® Workshop Training involving in-depth explanation and examples of the four behavior strengths. A master Winning Colors® trainer must sign the certificate.

Three

Two days

Must have successfully achieved Level Two and have conducted 4 workshops within a calendar year. Must be able to tailor the organization’s training needs based on the results of the needs assessment questionnaire and interviews with key management personnel. Demonstrated areas of training competence will include: situational leadership, conflict resolution, team building, character education, career choices, the seven steps to success, strengthen and reinforce participant’s interpersonal skills. A master Winning Colors® trainer must sign the certificate.
