Description: Winning Colors® is a powerful and effective communication and decision-making tool for identifying the present behaviors required for success according to the situation at hand.    A working knowledge of Winning Colors® reveals the essential elements for situational leadership, team building, conflict resolution, sales and service, and communication in any inter-personal situation which will lead to confidence and success in both professional and personal relationships.  The Winning Colors® process is a whole person transformative approach to personal communication and development based on behavioral, client-centered therapy, locus of control, and neurolinguistic research.  It does not assess behavior and attach a label as though people are unable to change.  The Winning Colors® process is based on the research of the behavior paradigm: Identify and measure present behaviors, apply a treatment or plan of action, and then measure the resulting behavioral change.
